Splayed fingers, hidden rings.

Gloveclasp

Walking through chasms
of fairytale realness,
both our feet slipping
in play, not in loss.
Watching you exhale,
and I can taste it,
much more than this
cigarette i'm smoking.
White reflects orange;
I soak up your giggle,
through the cloth of
our gloves, clasped.
